Mental Health in Everyday Life

Stress, anxiety, depression, and several forms of mental disorders are very common in study-, as well as work life. However, little does the average person know about symptoms, let alone helping affected persons. You will have the chance to listen to the experiences of a student, Sandra Ramme, who is a representative of Pro Mete Sana, a Swiss mental health foundation, as well as to Benjamin Berghaus, who is a social entrepreneur and mentor of the HSG Mentoring Programme. Our aim is to encourage the discussion about mental health in everyday life, share experiences on how to recognise and approach people struggling, as well as to clarify your questions.

The number of participants is limited, therefore, please register by following this link to participate in our fruitful discussion. You will then receive the access link via email.

We look forward to seeing you!

The event is jointly organized by the Social Business Club Board & the Mentoring Programme of the University of St. Gallen and HSG Alumni
