Established in 2018, ECOnnect facilitates collaboration and co-creation in four areas:

• Community building & coordination (e.g. get-togethers, joint communication channels, shared network)
• Personality & skill development (e.g. practice-oriented workshops, roundtables, coaching)
• Sustainability impact development (e.g. theory of change, impact reflection, measurement and communication)
• Organizational renewal and knowledge management (e.g. recruitment, process management, alumni relations, handover and continuity).

ECOnnect aims to accelerate deep peer learning among the growing community of sustainability-driven changemakers at the University of St.Gallen.
